Q. Can I email you a picture of a plate I need restored?
A. Yes, and a picture of both sides, please.  Please keep your pictures less than 1 mg. A file size of 640 by 480 is fine. NOTE: If you have written to us and haven't received an email back, please check your SPAM or BULK folder. Occasionally good emails get received there due to some spam filters. Put a subject in the line when emailing. No subject emails will be automatically deleted.
Q. I have a one of a kind plate that must have been buried in the ground. Half of it is missing, and the other half is total rust. Is there anything that can be done with a license plate in this condition?
A. Yes. No matter how far gone your plate is, it can be repaired to a displayable condition. We refer all the serious repair work to our partner, Mike Forbes. On plates that we collaborate on, once repaired, Mike will send it to us for the painting. See Mike's work.
Q. What are your restoration procedures?
A. For examples, click here.
Q. Can I get a progress report while you're working on my plates?
A. Email us anytime while your plate is in our possession. We will email you pictures once the plate is blasted, and when it is finished.
Q. What plates don't you do?
A. We can't duplicate the reflectorization paint, nor can we do anything with graphics or flats. Only embossed plates. We don't make duplicate plates.
Q. I can't find your mailing address on your website. How come?
A. We prefer you first contact us through email, opposed to just mailing a plate unannounced. It's for your protection as well as ours.
Q. OK, I'm ready for you to do a few plates for me. What now?
A. Please include ALL your contact information including phone numbers and email addresses in the box with plates. Send your plates by whichever carrier is most convenient. When we email you a picture of the finished plate, we can settle up then before we mail them back.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PLATES PACKED IN STYROFOAM PEANUTS!
